Refund Policy

The short version
You get 7 days to try Hydori risk-free. How much of your lifetime purchase we can refund depends on how many AI credits you used during that window.
Refund tiers
Up to 10% credits consumed
Full refund within 7 days, minus Stripe's processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 for US cards). You have barely touched the product, so we honor the full amount and pass on only what Stripe withholds at refund time.
10% to 25% consumed
75% refund within 7 days. You have used a meaningful amount of AI compute, but the bulk of your credits remain. We return three quarters and absorb the processing fee inside that.
25% to 50% consumed
50% refund within 7 days. At this point you have translated a substantial share of your posts. We refund half so the math is fair to both sides.
More than 50% consumed
No refund. You have already used the majority of your credits and are seeing real SEO value across your translated articles.
After 7 days
No refund, regardless of usage. Lifetime deals are not a rolling trial.
Why the Stripe fee carveout?
Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per successful payment for US-issued cards, and they keep that fee even when we issue a refund. On the full-refund tier we pass it on so we do not end up upside-down on a buyer who barely used the product. The 75% and 50% tiers already absorb the fee inside the flat percentage, so you do not get charged twice.
What happens to my translations on refund?
Your translations stay on your WordPress site. We do not delete them. You keep the SEO value you earned, because the translations live in your own database, not ours. Hydori stops pushing new translations when the refund is processed.
How to request a refund
Open Hydori, go to Account → Billing, and click Request refund. You will see your eligibility (how many credits you have used and which tier applies, including the exact dollar amount including or excluding the Stripe fee) before you submit. Our team processes approved requests manually within 2 business days.
